Terms and Conditions Governing Eligibility for Prize Draw

1. Campaign Name:

2. Participants

Participants refer to customers who purchase products under the Toshiba TV brand with a value of at least 5,000 Baht per receipt from authorized dealers appointed by the participating company in this campaign.

Customers who purchase products meeting the aforementioned conditions shall be entitled to participate in the "Feel Every Goal" activity to win a "Nintendo Switch 2."

The participation data will be collected through the Company's online prize draw registration system and used as the official database for the prize drawing on the specified date and time.

3. Activity Period

Commencing from November 1, 2025, until December 15, 2025.

4. Total Number of Prizes throughout the Campaign

Prize: Nintendo Switch 2, total of 6 prizes, valued at over 112,800 Baht.

Note: The total prizes throughout the campaign are six (6) Nintendo Switch 2 units, with a combined total prize value of over 112,800 Baht (One Hundred Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Baht Only).

5. Prize Drawing

There shall be a total of six (6) prize drawings, conducted every Monday at 12:00 PM (noon), with the exception of the final drawing, as follows:

• Drawing No. 1: Monday, November 10, 2025
• Drawing No. 2: Monday, November 17, 2025
• Drawing No. 3: Monday, November 24, 2025
• Drawing No. 4: Monday, December 1, 2025
• Drawing No. 5: Monday, December 8, 2025
• Drawing No. 6: Tuesday, December 16, 2025

(The date and time are subject to change.)

Conditions for Participation

1. Participants shall receive one (1) entry per receipt for a minimum purchase of 5,000 Baht or more only.
2. The receipt must be a valid tax invoice or sales receipt legally issued by the store or distributor strictly within the specified promotional period. Handwritten cash bills, purchase orders/booking forms, goods received notes, product warranty certificates, or installment payment documents shall not be considered valid proof for participation in this activity. The Company reserves the right to accept only those who have fully completed the required information and correctly attached the necessary evidence within the specified timeframe.
3. The Company reserves the right to grant participation exclusively to those who have fully completed the required information and correctly attached the necessary evidence within the specified timeframe.
4. Clearance items, items sold "as is," graded items, or display units are excluded from this promotion.
5. Winners must present complete proof of purchase that corresponds with the registered information in order to claim the prize.
6. The right is reserved not to award prizes to participants who have returned products, cancelled receipts, or are no longer using Toshiba products.
7. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, business partners, and their respective families are ineligible to participate in this activity.
8. The Company shall not be liable in the event that the participant's information is incorrect, the contact number is unreachable, or the documentary evidence is lost or damaged.
9. If the Company detects any fraud, falsification of evidence, or any action that contravenes the conditions of the activity, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke the right to participate and/or the right to receive the prize of such participant or winner, without prior notice.
10. In the event a participant is awarded a prize, the Company shall automatically exclude the name of such winner from eligibility for subsequent drawings. The names of participants who have not yet won a prize shall be carried forward and combined with the list of participants for the next round, for use in the subsequent prize drawings in the order determined by the Company.

General Conditions of the Activity

1. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
2. The Company's decision shall be final.
3. The Company reserves the right to change the prizes, conditions, or details of the activity without prior notice.

6. Registration Procedure for Prize Draw Eligibility via the Website

Participants shall adhere to the following steps for registration:

1. Scan the QR Code provided at the point of sale.
2. Select the topic "Promotion / Campaign."
3. Select "Feel Every Goal" (or the official English translation of this specific campaign title, if one exists).
4. Review the activity conditions and click the "Register" button.
5. Complete all required information as follows:
   • Full Name
   • Contact Number
   • Province
   • Email Address
   • Place of Purchase, Branch, Product Type, Product Model
   • Date of Purchase
   • Receipt Number (if applicable)
   • Upload Proof of Purchase (Photograph of Receipt / Transfer Slip / Order Page)
   • Click "Confirm Registration."
6. The system shall dispatch a confirmation email, containing the following message:

"Thank you for participating in the activity with Toshiba TV. We have received your registration data. You may follow up on the prize drawing results on the ToshibaTVThailand Facebook page."

7. Prize Drawing Procedure

The Company shall conduct a total of six (6) prize drawings, with the drawings taking place every Monday at 12:00 PM (noon) (with the exception of the final drawing), according to the following schedule:

The Company shall announce the names of all winners via the Facebook Page: ToshibaTVThailand.

Prize Drawing Location

Tenben 2014 Co., Ltd. (Head Office) Address: 609/38 Soi Nawamin 137, Nuanchan Sub-district, Bueng Kum District, Bangkok 10230. (Note: The prize drawing location is subject to change.)

Tenben 2014 Co., Ltd. is the officially appointed representative authorized to conduct and oversee the prize drawing process, strictly adhering to the principles of transparency, fairness, and verifiability.

Note: Toshiba TV Thailand is managed by Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary within the same corporate group. This activity is organized under the supervision and policies of the parent company to comply with legal criteria and standards of transparency.

• The Company shall compile the list of registered participants eligible for the draw each week, based on the receipt data that complies with the conditions.
• Subsequently, the Company shall proceed to randomly select the names of the winners and contact the winners on the following day.
• The Company shall contact the winners exclusively via the registered telephone number. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days from the date of the announcement, the Company reserves the right to award the prize to the alternate winner in sequence, and the person who cannot be contacted within the said period shall be deemed to have “forfeited the right.”
• The Company shall draw an additional two (2) alternate names to be used in the event that any winner cannot be contacted or forfeits their right. The Company reserves the right to consider awarding the prize to the alternate names in the designated order.

8. Rules and Conditions for Prize Collection

8.1 Eligibility for Participation and Prize Collection

• This promotion is conducted exclusively within Thailand. Winners must be residents of the Kingdom of Thailand and must present identification documents to claim the prize as follows:
  • Thai National: Citizen Identification Card (ID Card)
  • Foreign National: Passport
• Prizes shall be delivered only within Thailand.
• Participants must register under their individual name only. Employees of the Company, its subsidiaries, business partners, authorized dealers, and the immediate families of such individuals, are ineligible to participate in this activity. Furthermore, companies, partnerships, shops, or any type of legal entity shall also not be eligible to participate in this activity.
• The right to receive a prize is strictly limited to one (1) prize per person throughout the entire activity period.
• In the event a winner is under fifteen (15) years of age, a written letter of consent from a parent or legal guardian must be presented prior to claiming the prize.
• Winners must present the documentary evidence as stipulated by the Company on the day of prize collection. The details shall be communicated on an individual basis.
• The winner shall be entitled to receive the prize as specified only. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

8.2 Prize Collection, Tax Payment, and Prize Delivery

• The winner shall be responsible for any costs and expenses beyond the prize itself, including but not limited to delivery fees, registration fees, compulsory motor insurance fees (Por Ror Bor), transfer of ownership fees, or any other personal expenses.
• Winners receiving prizes valued at One Thousand Baht (THB 1,000) or more shall be required to pay a withholding tax of five percent (5%) in accordance with the Revenue Department Orders No. Tor Por 4/2528 and Tor Por 104/2544. The transfer of the said withholding tax payment must be made exclusively into the bank account of the parent company, Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
• The Company requires the winner's information, including a copy of the Citizen Identification Card and the slip/proof of the 5% withholding tax payment, for the purpose of preparing and issuing the withholding tax certificate (P.N.D. 3) as required by the Revenue Department.
• Winners who have been contacted must verify their identity to claim the prize within three (3) days from the date of contact by the Company's representative, and must also complete the transfer of the withholding tax payment no later than three (3) days from the date of contact. Failure to meet this deadline shall be deemed a forfeiture of the right, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to the alternate winner in sequence.
• After the winner has fully paid the withholding tax, the Company shall proceed with the delivery of the prize within a period not exceeding forty-five (45) working days.
• In the event the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, the winner may authorize another party to collect on their behalf. This requires a Letter of Authorization, along with attached copies of the identification cards of both parties.

8.3 General Conditions of the Activity

• The Company reserves the right to collect, use, disclose, or transfer personal data (such as full name, contact number, email, etc.) for the sole purpose of conducting this activity in a lawful manner and under the principles of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Upon the conclusion of the campaign period, such data shall be destroyed or deleted in accordance with the Company's privacy policy. Furthermore, by participating, the Participant acknowledges and grants Explicit Consent to the Company for the use of personal data strictly under all the conditions stipulated above.
• As this activity is organized under the management and supervision of Hisense (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which is the parent company responsible for the operation of the Toshiba TV Thailand brand, the Company reserves the right to record photographs or videos of the winners for promotional use across various channels. Should any winner not wish for such data to be disseminated, they should refrain from participating in the activity.
• If any fraud, falsification of evidence, or any act contravening the conditions is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke the right to receive the prize without prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to change the prizes, conditions, or details of the activity without prior notice.
• The Company shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage to the prizes arising from transportation by a third party.
• The Company shall not be liable for any force majeure events, such as natural disasters, technical emergencies, or any events beyond its control.
• The Company reserves the right to use the names, images, or videos of the winners for publicity purposes without any compensation.
• This activity is organized solely for promotional purposes and is not associated with any government agency or any other third party.
• All criteria, conditions, and stipulations shall be as determined by the Company.
• In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Company's decision shall be final. The Participant, winner, or party entitled to the prize hereby waives the right to claim any damages or other rights from the Company.

9. Announcement of Winners

The Company shall proceed with the announcement of winners according to the entire schedule of six (6) prize drawings. The names of the winners for each round shall be announced via the Facebook Page: ToshibaTVThailand within the day following each respective prize drawing.

For the final prize drawing, the Company shall announce the names of the winners on December 17, 2025, by 12:00 PM (noon), via the Facebook Page: ToshibaTVThailand. All winners' names shall be made public and can be verified through the Company’s official announcement post.

Should any technical failure or necessary circumstance prevent the Company from announcing the results on the said date and time, the Company reserves the right to postpone the announcement as deemed appropriate.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the said announcement is for publicity purposes only. In the event of any data discrepancy, the prize announcement results officially confirmed by the Company in writing shall govern.

10. License for the Promotional Draw Activity
