เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงในการรับสิทธิ์ลุ้นรางวัล

1. ชื่อแคมเปญ

Toshiba Bigger Louder Beyond Live 2025

2. ผู้มีสิทธิร่วมรายการ

ผู้ร่วมรายการ คือ ลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าของโตชิบาทีวีรุ่นที่เข้าร่วม กับร้านค้าที่เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทสาขา ทั่วประเทศ โดยลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์ลุ้นรางวัลในแคมเปญ Toshiba Bigger Louder Beyond Live 2025 ซึ่งจะถูกเก็บรวบรวมโดยระบบลงทะเบียนชิงโชค และนำไปใช้ในกิจกรรมจับรางวัลชิงโชค

3. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม

    • เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2025
    • ติดตามรายละเอียดการประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลที่ช่องทาง Facebook Toshiba TV Thailand

 

4. จำนวนของรางวัลทั้งหมดตลอดแคมเปญ

รางวัลที่ 1 ทีวี Toshiba TV  100Z670NP มูลค่า 159,999 บาท จำนวน 1 รางวัล

รางวัลที่ 2 Xbox X Series 1TB  มูลค่า 23,000 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล

รางวัลที่ 3 Monster Hunter Game Code มูลค่า 3,500 บาท จำนวน 50 รางวัล

หมายเหตุ ของรางวัลตลอดแคมเปญ เป็นจำนวน 53 รางวัล รวมมูลค่าของรางวัลทั้งสิ้น 380,999.00 บาท (สามแสนแปดหมื่นเก้าร้อยเก้าสิบเก้าบาทถ้วน)

5. การจับรางวัล

จะมีการจับรางวัลเพียง 1 ครั้ง โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:

·          วันและเวลาจับรางวัล: วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 11.00 น.

·          เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วม:
ผู้มีสิทธิ์ลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์จับฉลาก ต้องเป็นผู้ที่ซื้อสินค้าทีวีโตชิบา มียอดสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 10,000 บาทขึ้นไป ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ โดย 1 ใบเสร็จสามารถลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ได้เพียง 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น

6. ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์จับฉลากผ่านเว็บไซต์

    1.สแกน QR Code ณ จุดจำหน่ายสินค้า

    2.อ่านเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม และคลิกปุ่ม “ลงทะเบียนชิงโชค”

    3.กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนดังนี้:

      • ชื่อ-นามสกุล
      • เบอร์โทรศัพท์
      • จังหวัด
      • อีเมล
      • ร้านค้าที่ซื้อ , สาขา , ประเภทสินค้า , รุ่นสินค้า
      • วันที่ซื้อสินค้า
      • เลขที่ใบเสร็จ (ถ้ามี)
      • อัปโหลดหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า (รูปถ่ายใบเสร็จ / สลิปโอนเงิน / หน้าคำสั่งซื้อ)

    4.คลิก “ยืนยันการลงทะเบียน”

    5.ระบบจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันสิทธิ์ พร้อมข้อความ:
       “ขอบคุณที่ร่วมกิจกรรมกับไฮเซ่นส์ เราได้รับข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนของท่านแล้ว
       สามารถติดตามผลการจับรางวัลได้ในวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568”

หมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม:

    • ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ เท่านั้น
    • ใบเสร็จต้องตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด และภายในระยะเวลาที่ร่วมรายการ
    • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ที่กรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วนและแนบหลักฐานถูกต้องภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
    • ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
    • การตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
    • สินค้าเคลียร์แลนซ์ สินค้าขายตามสภาพ สินค้าเกรดหรือสินค้าตัวโชว์ ไม่เข้าร่วมรายการ
    • ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดงหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าที่สมบูรณ์ตามที่ลงทะเบียนไว้เพื่อรับรางวัล
    • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลหรือเงื่อนไขกิจกรรมโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 

7.  ขั้นตอนการจับรางวัล

    • บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจับรางวัลเพียง 1 ครั้ง ในวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 ภายในเวลา 59 น. ณ บริษัท ทีวีเอส เร็กซ่า คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด เลขที่ 202 อาคารเลอ คองคอร์ด ทาวเวอร์ ห้อง 1401 ชั้น 14 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 10310 (หมายเหตุ: ที่อยู่บริษัทอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้)
    • บริษัทฯ จะทำการรวบรวมชิ้นส่วนของผู้ลงทะเบียนลุ้นโชคทั้งหมด จากนั้นจะดำเนินการสุ่มจับเพื่อประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลในทันที
    • บริษัทฯ จะติดต่อผู้โชคดีผ่านหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้เท่านั้น หากไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ภายใน 5 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศผล บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้โชคดีลำดับถัดไป และถือว่าผู้ที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ “สละสิทธิ์”
    • บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจับรายชื่อสำรองเพิ่มเติม เพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้โชคดีรายใดรายหนึ่งได้ หรือมีการสละสิทธิ์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินและพิจารณามอบรางวัลให้แก่รายชื่อสำรองตามลำดับ

 

8.  กติกาและเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล

รายการนี้จัดขึ้นเฉพาะในประเทศไทย ผู้โชคดีต้องมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรไทย และแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันตัวตนเพื่อรับรางวัลดังนี้:

       1.คนไทย: บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน

ชาวต่างชาติ: หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
*ของรางวัลจะจัดส่งเฉพาะภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น*

    2.ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องลงทะเบียนในนามบุคคลเท่านั้น โดยพนักงานของบริษัทในเครือ ครอบครัว และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการ

    3.จำกัดสิทธิ์การรับรางวัล 1 คน ต่อ 1 รางวัล ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

    4.กรณีผู้โชคดีอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ต้องแสดง หนังสือยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง ก่อนรับรางวัล

    5.ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดง เอกสารหลักฐานตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ในวันรับรางวัล โดยรายละเอียดจะมีการแจ้งเป็นรายบุคคล

    6.ผู้โชคดีจะเป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัลตามที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น และของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

    7.ผู้โชคดีต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่ นอกเหนือจากของรางวัล เช่น ค่าจดทะเบียน, ค่าพ.ร.บ., ค่าธรรมเนียมโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ฯลฯ

    8.ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า ตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ท.ป. 4/2528 ประกอบ ท.ป. 104/2544

    9.ข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถือเป็นข้อมูลของบริษัทไฮเซ่นส์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่ ฯลฯ) เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)เมื่อแคมเปญนี้เสร็จสิ้น ข้อมูลจะถูกลบออก สำหรับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

    10.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ บันทึกภาพถ่ายหรือวิดีโอของผู้โชคดี เพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทุกช่องทาง หากท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้เผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าว กรุณางดเว้นการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

    11.หากตรวจพบว่ามีการทุจริตในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ ยกเลิกสิทธิ์รับรางวัลทันที

    12.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข กติกา หรือของรางวัล โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

    13.หลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด

    14.ในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้เข้าร่วมรายการ ผู้โชคดี หรือผู้มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัล ไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องใด ๆ จากบริษัทฯ

9.  การประกาศผลผู้โชคดี
รายชื่อผู้โชคดีจะประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 ภายในเวลา 59 น.

10. ใบอนุญาตการจัดกิจกรรมชิงโชค
กิจกรรมนี้ได้รับอนุญาตถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ภายใต้ใบอนุญาตเลขที่ พ.น. 1/2568 คำขอเลขที่ 221/2568 ออกโดย สำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดของกิจกรรมนี้เรียบร้อยแล้ว

 

 
Terms and Conditions for Entering the Prize Draw

 

1.Campaign Name
Toshiba Bigger Louder Beyond Live 2025
 
2.Eligible Participants
Participants must be customers who purchase selected Toshiba TV models from authorized dealers across the country. Eligible customers will automatically receive entries into the “Toshiba Bigger Louder Beyond Live 2025” prize draw campaign. All entries will be collected through the official registration system and used exclusively for the lucky draw process.
 
3.Campaign Period
• From May 1 to July 31, 2025
• Announcement of prize winners will be made on the official Facebook page: Toshiba TV Thailand
 
4. Total Number of Prizes Throughout the Campaign
The total number of prizes available throughout the “Toshiba Bigger Louder Beyond Live 2025” campaign is 53, with a combined total value of THB 380,999.00 (Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Baht Only), as detailed below:
•   First Prize: 1 unit of Toshiba TV model 100Z670NP, valued at THB 159,999.00
•   Second Prize: 2 units of Xbox Series X 1TB, each valued at THB 23,000.00
•   Third Prize: 50 codes for the Monster Hunter game, each valued at THB 3,500.00
Note: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
 
5. Prize Draw
There will be only one (1) prize draw for this campaign, with the following details:
•   Date and Time of the Draw: August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM (Thailand local time)
•   Eligibility Conditions:
Participants must purchase Toshiba TV products with a minimum purchase amount of THB 10,000 per receipt. Each eligible receipt is entitled to one (1) entry into the prize draw. Multiple entries from the same receipt are not permitted.
 
 
6. Registration Process for Prize Draw via Website
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the registration process through the official campaign website as follows:
    1.  Scan the QR Code displayed at participating retail locations.
    2.  Carefully read the campaign terms and conditions, then click the “Register for Prize              Draw” button.
    3.  Complete all required fields in the registration form, including:
        o   Full Name
        o   Phone Number
        o   Province
        o   Email Address
        o   Store Name, Branch, Product Type, Product Model
        o   Date of Purchase
        o   Receipt Number (if available)
        o   Upload proof of purchase (e.g., photo of the receipt, bank transfer slip, or order confirmation page)
    4.  Click “Confirm Registration” to submit the entry.
    5.  Upon successful registration, the system will send a confirmation email containing the         following message:
    “Thank you for participating in the campaign with Hisense. We have received your             registration information. You may check the prize draw results on August 15, 2025.”
Additional Notes:
    • Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry per eligible receipt only.
    • The receipt must meet all criteria specified by the Company and fall within the campaign  period.
    •  The Company reserves the right to consider only those who have fully completed the registration form and submitted valid supporting documents within the designated timeframe.
    • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other individuals under any  circumstances.
    • Clearance items, as-is products, graded items, or display units are not eligible for this promotion.
    • The Company’s decision regarding all aspects of the campaign shall be final and  binding.
    • Selected winners must present complete proof of purchase as per the information  submitted during registration in order to claim their prize.
    •  The Company reserves the right to change prizes or campaign conditions without prior  notice.
 
7. Prize Draw Procedure
•   The prize draw will be conducted once only, on August 15, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM (local time) at TVS Regza Corporation Limited, 202 Le Concorde Tower, Room 1401, 14th Floor, Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand. (Note: The company address is subject to change without prior notice.)
•   All entries submitted through the official registration system will be collected and entered into a randomized draw, after which the list of winners will be announced immediately.
•   The Company will contact the winners using the phone number provided during registration only. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) days from the date of the announcement, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it to an alternate winner. The original winner will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their right to the prize.
•   The Company will also draw a list of alternate winners to be used in cases where the originally selected winners cannot be contacted or have forfeited their rights. The Company reserves the sole right to determine and finalize the award process for such cases.
 
8. Prize Claim Rules and Conditions
1.  This campaign is valid only within the Kingdom of Thailand. Winners must be residents of Thailand and must present valid identification to claim the prize, as follows:
• Thai nationals: Valid National ID Card
• Foreign nationals: Valid Passport
Prizes will be shipped within Thailand only.

 

2.  Participants must register as individuals. Employees of the organizing company, affiliated companies, their immediate family members, and any persons involved in the administration of the campaign are not eligible to participate.
3.  Each winner is entitled to receive only one (1) prize throughout the entire campaign duration.
4.  If the winner is under 15 years of age, a parental consent letter must be presented prior to prize redemption.
5.  Winners must present all required supporting documents as specified by the Company on the date of prize collection. Specific details will be communicated individually.
6.  Winners are eligible to claim only the designated prize and may not exchange it for cash or transfer the rights to any other person.
7.  Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize, such as registration fees, insurance fees, ownership transfer fees, and other applicable charges.
8.  Winners who receive a prize valued at THB 1,000 or more must pay withholding tax at the rate of 5%, in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. Tor.Por. 4/2528 and Tor.Por. 104/2544.
1.  All participant data shall be considered the property of Hisense Company Limited. The Company reserves the right to collect, use, disclose, or transfer such personal information (e.g., name, phone number, address, etc.) for purposes related to this campaign, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). After this campaign completed, the information will be deleted. For the privacy policy please refer to the official website.
9.  
10. The Company reserves the right to photograph or film the winners for promotional purposes through any communication channel. If you do not wish to have your image or information disclosed, please refrain from participating in the campaign.
11. In the event of fraudulent participation, the Company reserves the right to cancel prize eligibility immediately.
12. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms, rules, or prizes without prior notice.
13. All rules, terms, and conditions are subject to the sole discretion of the Company.
14. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding. Participants, winners, or prize recipients shall have no right to make claims against the Company.
 
9. Winner Announcement
The official list of prize winners will be announced on August 16, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM (local time) via the official Facebook page: Toshiba TV Thailand.
 
10. Lucky Draw Permit
This campaign is legally authorized under Permit No. พ.น. 1/2568, Application No. 221/2568, issued by the Taling Chan District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, on April 30, 2025.
Note:
Participation in this campaign constitutes the participant’s full acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.
